Carolyn’s expertise includes deep analysis of Hogan Assessment data, development of actionable reports, and delivery of insight‑rich feedback for individuals and teams. She is a regular facilitator of Hogan Assessment’s Advanced Interpretation and Advanced Facilitation workshops. Carolyn is also a New Ventures West–certified coach and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Prior to coaching, Dionne spent many years leading the HR Compliance, Diversity &Inclusion, and Talent teams in major global corporations in the finance, insurance, aerospace, automotive, academia and semiconductor industries. A constant learner, Dionne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, as well as certificates in Labor Relations, EEO & Diversity, and Paralegal Studies.

Throughout his career, Ely streamlined operations, built and led high-performing teams, and orchestrated large-scale system, process, and organizational transformations. A strong fit for Collective Confidence, Ely has a keen ability and passion for driving business results through a continuous focus on employee engagement and enrichment.

Preston Harless

Advisor, Digital Media Strategy & Engagement

Preston serves in an advisory role for all marketing, public relations, and internal communications material. His budding experience as a management consultant, coupled with his degree in strategic communication allow him to create thoughtful and impactful communication materials through a business lens. He believes that effective, clear communication is paramount for any healthy and successful culture. Preston graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Christian University and works at a management consulting firm in Denver, CO.
